You’ll also play a key role in delivering NRW’s emergency response to flood and environmental incidents, ensuring our assets and communities are protected when it matters most.

You’ll take ownership of on-site logistics—from coordinating materials and equipment to ensuring plant is operated safely and maintained appropriately. Supporting the Team Leader, you’ll help identify development needs and ensure staff are trained and capable for the tasks assigned.

You’ll also build strong working relationships with stakeholders and contractors, support budget management, and be empowered to address performance issues when needed. This role is vital to the safe, efficient, and environmentally responsible delivery of NRW’s work on the ground.
